About Our Club Program

Our Club Program offers a competitive culture that is committed to individual player development and success on the field by implementing:

A Program-Wide Curriculum: Having a curriculum sets clear expectations and allows our staff to coach age-specific skills, game concepts and terminology in an efficient matter.

Player Evaluations: Player’s strengths, weakness, what the player has improved upon and their action plan for improving their lacrosse skills during the next season.

Player Commitment Policy: Being a part of a Lax Factory Club team requires a level of commitment that is crucial to individual and team development and success.

A Competitive Tournament/Game Schedule: Our goal is develop each athlete so that they can compete against the BEST players in the COUNTRY. We schedule our games and tournaments solely based upon where the best teams are playing and where the College Scouts are recruiting

A Leadership Program with our Partner Lead ‘Em Up: At Lax Factory we want to make sure we are building the complete Student-Athlete. With that we want to make sure we are also building better leaders in the community! For more information, check this video out HERE!

OUR COMMITMENT POLICY

It is expected that any Student-Athlete that plays for one of Lax Factory Club Teams will be playing for Lax Factory during the Fall & Summer of each club year. The Middle School & Elementary School Teams will also be playing in the Spring – 4th & 5th grade players are encouraged to participate with their Rec team and we will encourage certain Middle School Players to participate with the Rec Teams on a CASE BY CASE BASIS. We encourage our athletes to play other sports throughout the year as it is very beneficial towards their athletic development. With that being said, Lax Factory comes first during the Spring and Summer and ALWAYS takes priority over any and all other lacrosse commitments and/or teams.

US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP

All players are required to be US Lacrosse Members. This is due to the tournaments and leagues the teams participate in throughout the year.

REFUND POLICY

We will only issue refunds to any club player who can not participate due to injury with a doctor’s note. Any injury during the Spring caused by playing another sport or on another team will be not be refunded.
